This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract until May 2024

About the Role

The photography Lead will support the Photographer Manager and be a point of escalation in their absence. In this role, the aim is to maintain best practices within the studio, whilst achieving inspirational and industry-leading imagery, alongside being an example of efficiencies and ways of working. As a lead within the studio, you are expected to be forthcoming with constructive suggestions and ideas that will continue to move the dial on creative visuals across all Harrods channels while being aware of and interested in the wider scope of the division in which the team operates.

About You

As a Photographer Lead, you will help implement and interpret the Harrods e-commerce creative vision ensuring you produce high-quality and consistently beautiful imagery that is correctly exposed and colour consistency across all our luxury categories and creatives. Leads are expected to troubleshoot on a daily basis and to look for continuous improvements in how we work. Leads will be expected to lead & inspire a team of photographers while maintaining and championing shoot standards across the business. Leads will be self-starters, with a desire to build both internal and external networks, both learning and sharing key learnings and insights that will help to support the success of delivery teams. Reporting to the Photographer Manager you will act as a senior member of the photography and wider studio team.
