We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will ensure requisite governance and controls are in place across the Future Retail Programme.

This is an 18-month fixed term position.

About The Role

As the PMO Analyst you will undertake a range of duties, which will include provision of programme management support, championing the existing IT programme management framework, providing support to governance groups, analysis and reporting of Programme performance and management of the Portfolio.

You will also;

  • Provide advice and guidance to the PMO Manager and Project Managers on the completion of the PM framework templates and documents to ensure a consistent approach
  • Monitor, prepare and report on overall benefits realisation to the relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles for delivery teams, including wider organisational issues that are barriers to incremental delivery
  • Analyse Project health reports to identify developing patterns and trends with risks, issues and Project Management capability.
  • Facilitate the resolution of project risks and issues with Project Managers, Delivery Managers and Business Relationship managers

About You

The ideal candidate will need to possess the ability to handle instances of ambiguity and be able to apply a flexible / pragmatic approach to work. You will have clear communication skills both written and verbal and have the ability to work seamlessly along multiple tasks at a time.  It is important that you have previous PMO experience/project coordination and experience supporting activities that drive effective project and resource planning.

You will have the following;

  • Ability to map business processes and produce clear written instructions and guidelines
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data, to accurately report on programme performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think about the bigger picture
  • Excellent team working skills
