Our Corporate Affairs team is looking for an experienced PR & Talent Manager to lead on all communications strategy and delivery of PR & Talent for the Fashion and Fine Watches & Jewellery (FW&J) divisions within Harrods.

About the Role
As the PR & Talent Manager, you will report into the Head of Corporate Affairs and lead a small team. With in-depth and intricate knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry, you will lead your team and devise all media, digital and talent/influencer strategies for these crucial commercial areas of the business, delivering KPI-driven results.
This position drives the PR and influencer strategy for two of the most commercially, but also crucially-positioned divisions of the business. Harrods is globally renowned as a fashion and fine watches & jewellery leader and shopping destination - this requires a strong strategy to position Harrods as a trusted authority with relevant media, influencers, digital audiences and talent.
No two days will the same as the incorporates two critical functions: Owning and driving the PR strategy and leading the overall Talent strategy for the PR team.
You will:
- Lead the PR strategy, including working closely with marketing divisional plans, ensuring all activity aligns with strategic commercial priorities.
- Lead on all media profiling for Harrods spokespeople across Fashion & FW&J, finding opportunities to promote and position Harrods as an authoritative voice In luxury.
- Set and lead Harrods Talent and Influencer strategy across all divisions.
- Lead all PR activations for brand partnerships and takeovers across Fashion and FW&J.
- Centrally set, manage and control relevant budgets within your divisional area.
- Establish and maintain all external relationships with brand partners, as well as extensive media/content creator networks.
About You
You will have previous demonstrable experience in leading PR strategy within the fashion, fine watches & jewellery and luxury markets (bringing your black book) and have managed a small team. You will have also lead influencer strategy, and be able to manage the 50/50 split between priorities effectively. You will be keen to work across any hours required for certain relevant activities and be an excellent stakeholder communicator – relationships are everything.
