Procurement Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator to join our Interior Design Team on a Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role
Our Harrods Interior Design team deliver a wide variety of high end luxury residential projects both across London and Internationally. The Procurement team are pivotal cogs in bringing these projects to life. Supporting the Procurement Manager, you will work closely with the Design team to secure the best FF&E products for each project. 

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for placing orders, coordinating deliveries and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. 
You will also:

• Manage all budgets, invoices and payments.
• Provide key administrative support.
• One of the first points of contact for project installations.
• Provide detailed, accurate reports.
• Input accurate data into the procurement system.
• Manage the monthly agendas.

About You
You will be able to multitask, able to lend your hand to multiple interior design projects at any one time – this calls for strong time management skills, clear communication and forward thinking. 

Though experience in a procurement role isn’t necessary, you will ideally have experience in an administration role, with an interest in Interior Design. You will understand if not the full process, the key terminology around invoicing, margins and the financial aspect of procurement.

You will also:

• Be able to work to tight deadlines.
• Be adaptable and flexible.
• Be both organised and self-disciplined.
• Be presentable, professional and able to build trust with stakeholders.
• Be familiar with Excel and SAP.
• Be a quick learner.
