We have a new opportunity in our Data Analytics team for a Product Catalogue Data Administrator.

About the role

The Product Catalogue Data Administrator has a deep understanding of our Harrods data and working with Brands/Suppliers, you will be responsible for the acquisition and creation of all new data into our Product Catalogue.

This position works actively with our Brands to ensure we are receiving and setting up the highest standard of data promoting efficiencies across our online platform and in store processes.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business, as well as brands and suppliers. We are looking for someone who has data experience, as well as some experience using SAP/Oracle or another data system. Someone from a retail/luxury brand would be desirable, however this is not essential.

The successful candidate for this role will have had some experience/exposure to the skills below:

  • Support IT in any testing needed for new data and process changes
  • Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time launch of the new products, brands, initiatives and maintain critical path by meeting all agreed deadlines.
  • Manage fresh service, monitor and ensure the platform is kept up to date, being developed when required as well as supporting with overall SLA maintenance.
  • Responsible for correcting any data sent through from the business
  • Engage with multiple teams, ranging from IT, to Operations, to Buying & Merchandising, to perform detailed project planning and execution monitoring, covering all required perspectives for successful project delivery
  • Working in close collaboration with Merchandise Data Analysts and Product Catalogue Operations Manager to implement team strategy house, ensuring all enablers are involved and aware of common goal.
