An exciting opportunity has opened for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to take a key role in our team for a 12 month fixed term contract.

As Recruitment Marketing Manager you will help us develop & manage innovative approaches to Candidate Experience, Sourcing, Attraction & Employer Branding within the Harrods resourcing team. 

At the core will be the ability to build talent communities and develop talent intelligence that support our immediate and longer term needs across a multiplicity of different areas and brilliantly leverages our employer brand.

You will define and implement multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies to support Talent attraction across our entire business; from retail, distribution and hospitality through to IT, digital and support functions. Communicating our employer brand through our dedicated careers channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Glassdoor as well as our recently rebranded Harrods Careers Website, you will be responsible for driving follower growth and engagement across all channels.

Day to day, you will create targeted content, be a champion for social recruiting and act as a community manager while managing PPC, display and job-board advertising. You’ll demonstrate the value of digital recruitment marketing by reporting on and delivering ROI while also reporting on source, conversion rates and campaign performance. To continue our improvements and dedication to our candidates, you will own, measure and evolve our end-to-end candidate experience.

Relationships are key in our business, so you will need to quickly build your internal network and engage key stakeholders in order to get things done.  You will frequently present in front of heads of department and directors, so you must be comfortable presenting your ideas and dealing with challenge.

You’ll need a keen eye for stories and be able develop these into social media content embedded within your strategy.

To assist you, you will have a Social Media Specialist to manage the day to day activity, to give you the time and space to think big and deliver.
