As our Resourcing Partner focusing on Hospitality recruitment, your role is to ensure we are attracting, sourcing and selecting people to become a part of our Restaurants story. This role is a brand-new role to our Resourcing team and will be essential in supporting our Restaurant portfolio at Harrods. We need someone who is able to deliver fast paced and demanding recruitment, working alongside a team of world renowned chefs. This will be no mean feat, so someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves to get the job done will be so important.

About you.

As a resourcing professional, you will be responsible for recruiting high calibre candidates ensuring you follow all the relevant stages of the recruitment process including, briefing, attracting, sourcing, screening, interview and offer management. This includes all position types including permanent, temporary, fixed term and contract as well agency management. You will be accountable for designing different recruitment processes to deliver the best candidate experience and calibre to the business whilst also maintain the integrity of our recruitment system.

 

You will be responsible for informing all stakeholders involved in the resourcing process by providing accurate and regular communication, ensuring you build effective relationships with line managers; to educate and manage their expectations regarding the recruitment process.

 

You are also responsible for regularly reviewing the candidate’s experience; looking for ways to improve and continuously raise the bar for the candidate journey.
