About you

As a Reward Manager you will shape the reward strategy that engages and facilitates a wide range of employees, developing and executing our key reward processes whilst actively improving existing compensation schemes and participating in a variety of Pay and Reward projects. You will be responsible for leading on all reward activities including salary benchmarking, pay reviews and job architecture.  

This roles requires comprehensive knowledge of reward best practise. You will be a self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to link business strategy to people practices.

As the Reward Manager you will have strong analytical skills and ability to see the bigger picture and is able to flex between working at both a strategic and operational level. Being able to adapt as a team player, managing own priorities and communicating conflicting demands in a timely and appropriate manner.
