Store Services Manager

The Store Services Manager will report to the Area Manager for Store Services and will ensure that the standard of service required by the business is maintained and that work is carried out safely. No day is the same in our Store and our Cleaning team are always on the front line to ensure our store deliver the world-class experience it’s renowned for day in and day out.

In this role you will work across any 5 of 7 days with regular weekend duties to ensure you are connected and informed to your team working across shifts, acting as a people manager and escalation point for the daily operation.

Our store services team are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our retail space and back of house areas in our Knightsbridge store. They work across a 24 operation 7 days a week and are our everyday hero’s that make our business the world renowned experience location what it is today.

About You

Strong time and people management skills are key for this position to ensure that service is managed in line with the specification. You will need to be able to manage finances and control resources to achieve a quality service whilst keeping within the budget. You will have relevant experience of managing cleaning teams in a live site environment delivering a premium service with close attention to detail.

You will also need to be able to recruit, lead and develop your team; maintaining a good team spirit and nurturing a supportive environment. As well as managing your team, you will need to liaise with and monitor subcontractors to ensure they meet the company’s standards. You will need to have a good understanding of Health & Safety practices and policies.
