Styling Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and hardworking Styling Assistant to join the Harrods Styling Team. The purpose of our Styling Assistant is to prepare for all ecommerce model shoots, as well as still-life and wider creative content shoots.

About The Role

As a Stylist Assistant you will ensure that every aspect of our shoots run smoothly and efficiently, by carrying out tasks such as steaming and organising the fashion wardrobe and keeping check of items coming through the studio.

In this role you will continually improve and influence the Harrods.com online shopping experience through inspiring, innovative styling and attention to detail. While also supporting the Styling Team to ensure that all shoot targets are met by prepping products, helping with shoot coordination, dressing/preparing models and collating styling references.

About You

You will have knowledge and passion for luxury brands, retail and fashion. You will have great communication skills and be flexible while working with different departments within the Studio. While also having impeccable organisational skills in order to coordinate the shoot calendar. 

You’ll also have:

• Confidence with collaborating with a styling team on seasonal projects such as trend reports and customer profiling.
• The ability to work closely with relevant stakeholders to support seasonal stock coordination.
• Excellent work ethic and good at time management to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
• An understanding of Harrods.com and an awareness of Harrods style and market positioning.
• Ability to work well within a team working under pressure with the right attitude.
