Supply Chain Graduate

Harrods are looking for exceptional Supply Chain Graduates to join our Stock Operation and Supply Chain Departments, working for our world-famous Luxury department store. This is an exciting opportunity to support our evolving and dynamic business needs. As well as key foundational improvements, we are also investing in the latest technologies to enable us to enhance our brand and customer experience even further.

About the role

The Supply Chain division is looking for an exceptional graduate to join the function to undertake a series of placements within both the stock operations and supply chain teams.  The successful candidate will gain practical on the job experience but will also become involved with the Senior team to help deliver key projects across the function.  This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a broad understanding of Supply Chain at Harrods, as well as receiving support in building key skills.

The Harrods Supply Chain Graduate Scheme consists of a 12 month programme split into 2 rotations one within the Retail function with the second across Distribution giving an in depth insight into the growing Supply Chain landscape within Harrods. The Graduate Scheme will be tailored to your interests, skills and strengths, allowing us to help you identify a rewarding and sustainable career path. Through mentoring from senior managers and tailored training you will be supported in developing a well-rounded approach to the function whilst building upon your professional knowledge. 

About You

You will need to have:

• Ideally a 2:1 degree or above (Supply Chain related degree preferred but not essential)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• PC literate, e.g. Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• A keen interest in the area of Supply Chain or Luxury goods
• Excellent time-management skills along with the ability and willingness to multi-task
