We are recruiting for a Talent Coordinator to support our specialist divisions across IT, Finance, HR, Legal and Internal Audit.
About the Role
As a Talent Coordinator you will act as a candidate experience ambassador ensuring a positive experience at all touch points through the Harrods recruitment process, from screening CVs and booking interviews to supporting recruitment projects and coordinating assessment centres.
You will support your Resourcing Partner in sourcing and headhunting the best talent for our specialist divisions. Providing an outstanding experience to all candidates both internally and externally, you will deliver a timely and outstanding service. In addition to this, you will support with the administration of the Contractor desk to cover annual leave, as well as supporting the wider Resourcing Team with ad hoc tasks & projects.
Your duties will also include:
- Managing candidate communication and providing a clear application status for all candidates and Resourcing Partners.
- Creating and managing exciting job adverts ensuring all roles are advertised in Workday and relevant channels.
- Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes.
- Assisting with the coordination and preparation of Harrods Assessment Centres.
- Following Harrods internal GDPR processes relating to recruitment.
About You
Our future Talent Coordinator will have a wealth of experience in Recruitment or Resourcing. Hailing from either an in house or agency role, you will be used to working at pace across the full recruitment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be proactive in sourcing the best talent for IT, Finance, HR, Legal and Internal Audit: for this reason, we are looking for someone who understands how to build efficient Boolean searches and has experience with using job boards. Though experience across all divisions is not necessary, we are looking for someone who is skilled in recruiting IT professionals.
You will also be an excellent relationship builder, able to demonstrate how you have built and maintained excellent working relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates alike. We are also looking for someone who:
- Is personable, confident and reliable.
- Can manage different tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Is committed to their personal development.
- Has experience in working towards KPIs, SLAs and targets.
- Is confident in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
