Talent Coordinator

Our Thatcham based resourcing team are looking for a Talent Coordinator to assist with attracting exceptional people who want to be a part of our Harrods story.

As a Talent Coordinator you will act as a candidate experience ambassador ensuring a positive experience at all touch points through the Harrods recruitment process.

About the role

As a Harrods Talent Coordinator you will provide a great candidate experience to all candidates interviewing and applying to Harrods, assessing and selecting the best talent for our Distribution and Supply Chain functions.

As part of the resourcing team you will also:

• Manage candidate communication and providing a clear application status for all candidates and Resourcing Partners.
• Create and manage exciting job adverts ensuring all roles are advertised in Workday and relevant channels.
• Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes.
• Co-ordinate internal recruitment activities to support business initiatives.
• Become a Workday subject matter expert and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the Workday recruitment process is adhered to.
• Assist with the coordination and preparation of Harrods Assessment Centres.

About you

Ideally the right candidate will have some resourcing experience or a desire to pursue a career in recruitment. We are looking for someone who has strong organisational, administrative and communication skills. The Talent Coordinator will be working in close contact with stakeholders to ensure clear understand of the brand/department needs to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring process. Due to the fast paced nature of the role, you will also need to have strong time management and priority management skills.
