What to Expect

We’re looking for an experienced PA or Administrator to join our team of 18 Fire, Health and Safety specialists. Providing effective administrative support for the team’s activities, you will possess exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Acting as the first point of contact for the team, you will be an expert communicator, promoting a positive message at all times. 

About You

Experienced in Excel and eager to learn, you will maintain accurate record keeping systems, produce meeting minutes as well as manage team software, liaising with suppliers as necessary. You will be confident managing supplier relationships and budgets, processing invoices and maintaining financial records. You will build strong relationships across the business, liaising with various departments daily and organising meetings across the team.

What is Important

To be successful, you must have proven experience in an administrative role. Fluency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential, as are strong time management skills. You will have a natural customer service focus, able to deal with internal and external stakeholders in a positive manner. You will be thorough with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle shifting priorities.
