We are recruiting for a Technical Admin Assistant to join our Harrods Own Label Team.


About the Role  


As a Technical Admin Assistant, you will support the Technical team with day-to-day admin duties, operations and the continuous improvement of product quality and safety. 
You will work in a team of Product Technologist across our Own Label categories, including homeware, gifting, bags, accessories and apparel. 


Your duties will include:

  • Taking notes and photos during product and fit sessions 
  • Collating and storing of all documents such as Test reports, certification, supplier information and agreements, 
  • Booking fit models for fit sessions
  • Supporting team with research and project work
  • Running weekly RTM reports.
  • Chasing and monitoring seasonal and yearly supplier documentation and certification 

About You  

You will have prior experience in a Technical Admin Assistant role, or be a recent graduate with a technical or design qualification. You will have good organisation and time management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. 

You will also:

  • Have a solid working knowledge of Excel 
  • Be able to work at pace and efficiently contribute to the Team achieving key dates, deadlines and KPIS
  • Have a solution orientated mindset
  • Be an excellent relationship builder, with both internal and external stakeholders
