Workday Reporting Specialist (7 Month FTC)

The HR Team provides high quality HR management information and operational data to colleagues, leadership teams and managers throughout the business. We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who can enable the delivery of a full data, reporting and insights service ranging from ad hoc reporting requests through to participation in strategic HR projects, where data is key to driving efficiencies and supporting effective decision-making.

The role will sit within our HR Operations function and combine Workday reporting technical ability with strong communication skills.

The role will work closely with our HR Process and System Leads to deliver key projects and ensure that stakeholders have access to the data and insights they need to support processes and drive more efficient, data-based decision making.

This a fixed term contract from July 2020- February 2021.

About you

You are an experienced Workday Reporting Specialist with strong analytical skills. You continually think outside the box to improve efficiencies, and you’re proficient in building custom reports within Workday tenants. You will be familiar with building advanced and trending reports in Workday, among other report type and using different data sources.

You are confident in communicating to different levels of seniority in the business. As a subject matter expert, you can persuade, influence and challenge key stakeholders. Experience and knowledge of core HR processes is also key in this role.
