The Reservations Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the Reservations team, helping them to progress in their assigned areas and meet required standards by setting challenging targets to create an impactful action plan. The Reservations Assistant Manager will ensure the best customer experience through building both internal and external relationships, overseeing feedback logs, and empowering all reservation team employees to do everything necessary to satisfy the customer experience. They will work closely with the Reservations Manager, providing regular feedback on any issues related to operation standards, restaurant set up and guest experience.

About You

As the Reservations Assistant Manager, you will have the ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance. You will require strong attention to detail in this role, which will be evident in the paperwork completed, the organisation of the department, and accurate reporting. You will be an excellent communicator, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to strengthen relationships within the team, whilst building external relationships with Harrods stakeholders and customers. Further qualities which will set you apart include:

  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multitask
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good PC and software literacy (Microsoft Office including Teams, OpenScape, Sevenrooms, OpenTable, The Fork, SK Chase, Stripe, InDesign, 3rd party voucher management software)
