Are you ready to roll on to a new challenge?

We are searching for an exceptional Commis Chef to join our Pastry Production Kitchen.

Our team of approximately 20 Pastry Chefs produces our range of patisseries and cakes sold in Harrods’ world-famous Food Halls. They also support the production of desserts for our own-bought restaurants. They even make the chocolate sticks in our pains au chocolat!

As a Commis Chef in our Pastry Kitchen, you will be responsible for assisting with the running of a section within the kitchen, supporting the Chef de Parties, Sous Chefs and Head Pastry Chef. You will have the opportunity to learn from a team of highly skilled chefs who use the very best ingredients to create fantastic range of desserts.

It is vital that you have extensive experience in a pastry kitchen, as well as the appropriate catering qualification. You will be working within a fast-moving and demanding environment so it is important you enjoy a dynamic working atmosphere.
