About You

  • You will have a deep understanding of the Chinese luxury market, (UK and In Market) – and feel confident in providing an expert opinion and guidance on all China focused brand activities, strategy development, and research.

  •  You will have an understanding of ‘Fluency’ in Chinese culture – you’ll be comfortable in being the ‘Chinese voice’ and direct all China focused brand activities, loyalty engagement, strategy development, retail service initiatives and research.

  • You will have insight experience – be able to develop an insight programme into Chinese customers that supports the business and provides deep understanding, future planning and future proofing.

     

What to Expect

  • You’ll be gathering key trends and insights for the Chinese market (UK and In Market) – help key stakeholders to unlock understanding and highlight opportunities and prioritised actions for the business

  • You’ll drive the customer understanding and insight to influence decisions related to Chinese Customers.

  • Help develop Harrods ability to acquire, retain and engage Chinese customers through customer understanding and strategy

  • Recommend, through deep understanding of the customer, opportunities to strengthen the customer experience when here

  • Bring together our research, our analysis and our data science to provide a full picture of our Chinese Customers

  • Develop strong working relationships with counterparts internally and externally in order to deliver against your objectives.
