About You
you will have experience supporting customers, as well as an understanding of contact centre technologies and methodology’s. Enjoying a fast-paced and varied role, you will thrive under pressure and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. An expert communicator, you will effectively establish relationships with key internal teams.


What to Expect
It is a contact centre environment based in Hammersmith. Your main role will be to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Contact Centre and in store teams.

Adopting an innovative and collaborative approach you will support the team to deliver operational change and customer experience improvements across all customer touch-points. Ensuring the Harrods brand values are reflected in all interactions and processes.
