As a Concession Administrator, you’ll be a “Guardian” of Data Integrity by maintaining, reviewing and investigating data for inconsistencies, identifying the cause and providing solutions. You’ll manage and oversee the creation of article data using the automated data entry tool (SAP) & PIM (Product Information Management) ensuring data integrity is maintained at all times for Concession Data Management (CDM). A key element of this role is working directly with our concession partners and building relationships with new partners as well as maintaining relationships with existing ones too. Strong communication and organisational skills are vital in this role to ensure the brand relationships are supported.

You’ll be working with the business to make sure our data management infrastructure suits our needs and improves the accuracy and integrity of our data. By reporting to the Merchandise Data Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the article creation, purchase order and stock & price file process. You’ll be training and developing the data integrity administrators and CDM.

About you

You’ll have excellent numerical skills in order to analyse data from a variety of different sources. You’ll have a good knowledge and understanding of the SAP system to ensure TXT/CDM data is accurate and monitored on an on-going basis. Having great written and verbal communication skills is essential, as you will set-up and maintain suitable channels for communication with different stakeholders, such as concession partners, IT and online division teams. Customer care must be an exceptional standard to ensure that queries and complaints are handled promptly and effectively.
