Employee Relations Specialist

The heart of the role.

You will be responsible for providing successful solutions to employee relations issues based on employment law expertise and business knowledge.

You will be managing and resolving escalated employee relations enquiries and cases raised by both employees and managers.

By applying functional knowledge, experience and judgement, you will achieve solutions which ultimately support optimal business performance.

The role entails (but is not limited to):

• Supporting Managers through ER cases end to end through a consistent and structured process
• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of legislation and agreements relating to UK employment law
• Supporting with the delivery of the Disciplinary & Grievance accreditation programme and Equal Opportunities to the business

You are an experience Employee Relations Specialist who loves to build strong relationships with stakeholders. As a trusted specialist, you understand the importance of following a process and adhering to legislation. You feel confident in pushing back if it means protecting the employee and the company.  You have experience in managing employment tribunal cases through to resolution.
