We are looking for a Group Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team at Harrods. You will be responsible for the management of two distinct elements, the annual marketing planning process as well as the oversight of the campaigns management process.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will contribute to the delivery of all Harrods’ marketing outputs, forming a critical part of delivering the brand vision with line management of a team of 7 marketing professionals. As an integral stakeholder, this role acts as the lead on all Harrods marketing and partnerships campaigns, by overseeing and being the custodian of the brief pipeline.

You will act as the central point of contact, responsible for setting the process and monitoring the smooth execution of all marketing activities by building strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and being able to manage expectations and deliver robust projects.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Working with the Head of Marketing, you will understand the brand vision and business objectives in order to act as a custodian of all marketing and partnership campaigns.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the Project Delivery team and wider Brand Experience Division to lead a campaign team to deliver integrated marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Owning the Marketing and Partnerships Brief Pipeline, making sure that the campaign team reflects all planned projects and all deadlines are mapped out and communicated.
  • Reviewing all briefs ahead of sharing with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director.
  • Managing and coaching up a team of five members, from Assistant to Management level.
  • Championing the Annual Marketing and Budget Planning Process, including the creation of the annual marketing strategy, marketing plan, and budgets.

About You 

As the Group Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be genuinely passionate about attracting, nurturing and developing colleagues and effectively leading through change. You will have the natural ability to engage and motivate your team through inspirational story-telling. You will be self-aware, with a good understanding of your own personal style, skills and preferences with the ability to adapt to your team members. You will be skilled at performance coaching, helping your team develop and succeed. You will be resilient, tenacious, and genuinely open to feedback.

You will also:

  • Have demonstrable experience of working in a Project Management role with a focus on Marketing.
  • Have experience in Marketing and Campaign Management.
  • Creative thinker with a proven history of omnichannel campaign management delivery.
  • Have experience in working with creative and media agencies (preferrable).
