The Restaurants Group Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and delivering the restaurants marketing strategy, supporting the day to management of all restaurant communications and promotional activity.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be working closely with the Head of Restaurants, restaurant managers and brands to set the appropriate KPI’s mapped against business priorities and customer strategy. Developing the key messages and marketing approach, demonstrating our voice of authority in this field. This role is accountable for understanding and analysing both the macro and micro environment of the Restaurant division and developing the marketing strategy to deliver defined objectives. Experience within an omnichannel and integrated marketing role.
The main responsibilities of the Restaurants Group Marketing Manager will be to understand the local Restaurant landscape and identify key opportunities for engagement for local, domestic and international diners. Responsible for setting the Restaurants divisional strategy and the management of the additional project work, such as restaurant launches, seasonal campaigns, acquisition and retention initiatives etc.
About you
This successful candidate will be a subject expert and have the strength of connections within the Restaurants industry. A team player with a can-do attitude who thrives on delivering to tight deadlines while managing a team while also having a strong interest and knowledge of the London dining scene and luxury restaurant experience.
