About You
 

• You will have strong analytical skills, a passion for figures and the ability to get into the detail while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture.

• Confidence and ability to work with, and manipulate, large data sets comfortably.

• Strong relationships building skills, ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders and educate the wider business on how to leverage data in the best way. 

• Experience building dashboards in Workday would be beneficial, as well as a depth of knowledge around people analytics. 
   

What to Expect

With the implementation of Workday at Harrods, the HR Team are evolving their ability to provide high quality HR management information and operational data to both their colleagues, leadership teams and managers in the business.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who can shape and drive a transitional roadmap to enable the delivery of a full data reporting and insight service ranging from ad hoc reporting requests through to participation in strategic HR projects, where data is key to driving efficiencies and supporting effective decision-making.

The role will sit within our HR Operations function and combine technical ability with strong communication, consultative and project management skills. The role will work closely with our HR Process and System Leads to deliver key projects and ensure stakeholders have access to the data and insight they need to support processes and drive more efficient, data-based decision making.
