Harrods is in the process of rebuilding our customer, marketing and analytics capabilities from the ground up, with a company- wide re-platforming of our customer infrastructure, this role will be critical in developing new analytical capabilities once the platform is delivered and managing the business stakeholders. In this role, you’ll monitor and report on drivers of success for leads and update model with key findings. You’ll provide data insights on UHNW customer and support the build of predictive models to support this process.

Specifically, we are looking for someone to design, develop and manage a Lead Generation process utilising the extensive new tooling and modelling capabilities of the new platforms to identify and nurture leads across the business with a particular focus on Private Shopping and HNW individuals. You’ll work with internal and external datasets to support testing and development of UHNW identification.

About Us

Lead Generation as a concept could include but is not limited to Analytical model development, predictive analytics, AB Testing, optimisation, and reporting/tracking. It will involve data from Harrods loyalty programme but also external sources and leads.

There is a huge opportunity to set up a ground-breaking programme for Harrods. Your role is to both set it up, productionise the concept and deliver to the KPIs. You will work in a new and exciting Insights Department reporting into the Head of Insights & Analytics alongside brilliant analysts, strategic thinkers, and customer research professionals - at the heart of decision-making across the business. You will be part of building a world-class insights team that partners with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver customer and business value.

About You

You will be someone who is naturally curious, who thrives on being given a question to answer and finding the most relevant data to do so. You should be confident to challenge the business on their requirements and have a good balance of strong technical skills and analytical skills enabling you to both work comfortably with large volumes of data and also deliver insightful conclusions to non-analysts.  Furthermore, you will be agile and thrive in a fast-moving environment, equally happy tackling larger, more in-depth projects, and quick turnaround ad-hoc requests.

We are looking for someone to be a problem solver, who can take multiple datasets, research and understanding and create insight and strategy but also deliver process driven programmes for the business to act on. To be successful, you must be comfortable with large data sets and analytical tools. You should have demonstrative experience in developing Leads/Pipelines utilising customer data. You should have strong analyst skills but also be a great communicator.  Experience of identifying customers and developing these sorts of processes are a bonus.
