Harrods are looking for exceptional Graduates to join our IT Department, working for our world-famous Luxury department store. As well as key foundational improvements, we are also investing in the latest technologies to enable us to enhance our brand and customer experience even further.

The advert will run from the 26th January until 14th February 2024. Your application will be reviewed after the 14th February.

About the Role 

The IT Department at Harrods provides support for all information and communications systems within our luxury store in Knightsbridge, the Hammersmith Head Office and all other subsidiaries of the Harrods Group through both internal and external support teams. 

The Harrods IT Graduate Scheme consists of rotations within the IT Team over a 2-year period. Successful Graduates will have the opportunity to experience working for a number of different teams within our IT department, giving you an insight into the growing IT landscape within Harrods.

As a Graduate in IT, you will gain valuable exposure to both the technical and non-technical areas of the department. From Project Management and Business Analysis to Data Analytics, Infrastructure and Cyber Security, you will gain an in-depth understanding of how the various teams and systems function and interact. The Graduate Scheme will be tailored to your interests, skills and strengths, allowing us to help you identify a rewarding and sustainable career path in IT.

About You 

You will need to have a 2:1 degree or above (IT related degree preferred but not essential). You will have excellent time-management skills along with the ability and willingness to multi-task. You will also have strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.

You excel in organisational skills and have a keen eye for detail, always striving to exceed both internal and external customer expectations. You will also be PC literate, e.g Microsoft office, PowerPoint.
