Lifestyle Manager

About you

 

As a Lifestyle Manager in Harrods you will deliver exceptional service whilst building brand loyalty and supervising a team of two. You will have a clear understanding about multiple categories and constantly keep up to date with latest trends of where to eat, stay and enjoy time in London. International knowledge and contacts would be highly recommended in this role.

 

We’re looking for someone who has got previous management experience with strong organisational skills who is confident handling challenging situations effectively.

 

The successful candidate will come from a 5 star concierge background with confidence of dealing with high profile customers, someone who has experience thinking outside the box with delivering exceptional service and ideas. A ‘little black book’ is a must in this role as you will need to have strong contacts across the hospitality sector.

 

Outstanding communication skills are essential in order to provide the very best customer service to some of our most high-profile clients. A keen eye for detail is vital in order to maintain impeccable front of house standards, reflecting the Harrods brand in everything you do.
