The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Online Trading team including collation of the seasonal product edit, efficient management of product data and uploads to the site and sample management. You’ll be responsible of the data entry of product information into the seasonal product planners and ensure core product data, such as product hierarchy and item attributes is accurate.

In this role, you’ll request assets to brands and share to the photographic studio, so products are managed through image production efficiently by checking daily statuses. You’ll manage all product uploads onto the website including QA of product imagery and copy, ensuring publishing deadlines are met. You’ll communicate all brand launches and status updates to Online Trading team and assist with the set up and running of promotions and seasonal sales.

Our Online Trading team drive our digital sales and margins by making sure our offers are competitive and reflect customers’ needs. Their key challenge is to develop the right brand and product mix to drive online sales and increase profitability. As an Online Trading Administrator, you’ll develop close relationships with vendors, the shop floor team and the store buying team, sharing knowledge and providing support where applicable.

About you

The role requires an efficient administrative professional who is detail-oriented, accurate, highly organised, flexible and reliable with the drive to develop a career in luxury retailing. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is key.

More specifically, we’re looking for someone:

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Organised & efficient, with an ability to prioritise workload.
  • Experience in e-commerce retailing.
  • Desire to learn new technologies.
  • Good at timekeeping and managing workload independently.
  • Clear interest in retail and product.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar preferred.
  • A natural analyst with the ability to understand and act from results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Word
