About you

You’ll be a team player and a responsible professional with excellent attention to detail. To thrive within this role, you’ll need to be diligent, proactive and consistently deliver a seamless end to end employee journey for our managers and employees. You’ll be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and responsible for guiding colleagues through HR procedures but keen to learn and develop in this exciting role.

What to expect

As a People Process Assistant you’ll work with your team, supporting all Tier 2 colleague enquiries. You will efficiently manage all activity relating to the employee lifecycle in line with our policies, SLA s and values ensuring every service you deliver is an excellent one. The role will also provide first class generalist HR assistance, coaching and empowering Managers and employees to drive self-service, whilst demonstrating compliance, consistency and accuracy.
