Are you an Administrator who is passionate about delivering great customer service? Looking for your next role?

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Support Administrator to join our HR Operations Team based at our head office in Hammersmith.

You will have experience of offering a high quality and customer focused administrative service in a fast paced environment, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. As an Administrator you will be responsible for processing all transactional activity and documentation relating to the employee lifecycle and HR transactions in line with policy and performance targets.

You will be required to provide high quality advice and query resolution in line with policy for basic queries to all HR customers in a professional way.

You will have impeccable attention for detail, pride yourself on accuracy and be able to multitask with ease, ensuring data quality and compliance with service performance targets.

In addition you will also take part in wider projects to support various divisions within the business on an ad-hoc basis.
