PMO Analyst

About You

You'll be an experienced IT professional accustomed to mapping business processes and delivering the end to end project lifecycle. You'll need relevant experience as a PMO analyst or equivalent and have a good understanding of the complexities of IT project delivery using an agile change delivery method.  You'll have had experience in project governance or project management roles supporting a  organisational IT structure. Experience of supporting RAID management activities is desirable. You'll be analytical and curious by nature in keen to identifiy inconsistencies, patterns and able to summarise key material points with a drive to develop a career within the PMO field. You'll carry the personal capability to clearly communicate, engage and motivate a wider team network with a customer focused approach to your work.

What to expect

The PMO Analyst’s main responsibility is to support the PMO Manager to ensure requisite governance, controls and resources are in place across the portfolio of projects within the IT directorate. The portfolio of projects will be a mix of small, medium and large size with varying levels of complexity. The role requires a strong ability to work collaboratively and build / maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. The PMO Analyst will need to possess the ability to handle instances of ambiguity and apply a flexible / pragmatic approach to work is essential. Leading by example, the IT PMO Analyst will deliver to consistently high standards and champion best practice. You'll need to be motivated to support an ambitious PMO agenda and champion the business as a change enthusiast.
