Resourcing Partner - Retail Temps

As the Resourcing Partner you are responsible for leading a team that provides onboarding support to our Retail Concessions and Temps within Harrods. This busy team handles a large volume of work daily and this role requires someone who can multitask and prioritise workloads depending on the business need. You will set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines.

About You

The role will lead, motivate, and inspire the team whose focus is delivering high-level service to our Retail Concessions. You will ideally come from a fast-paced recruitment agency background and understand the luxury retail industry. Motivated and proactive, you will optimise the productivity and efficiency of your team through tailored coaching and training. You will partner with our Retail Temp agency and forge strong relationships within the Harrods stakeholders and Concessions teams. With your strong customer service focus, you will ensure that your team’s output is aligned with our values and retail promise.
