Restaurant reservation agent

The Reservations Agent reports to the Reservations Supervisor. The purpose of the role is to assist the duties of the Reservations Department, maximising bookings by delivering pleasant and efficient customer service; to deliver meticulous administration duties, ensuring that every detail of each reservation has been accurately recorded, following established standards and procedures and to ensure to have a good knowledge of both offline and online platforms, and to fulfil assigned responsibilities and daily tasks.

About You

As the Reservations Agent, you will have the ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance. You will require strong attention to detail in this role, which will be evident in the paperwork completed, the organisation of the department, and accurate reporting. You will be an excellent communicator, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to strengthen relationships within the team, whilst building relationships with Restaurants, Personal Shopping Team, and any other teams that we work with to secure reservations.

  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good PC and software literacy (Word, Excel, OneNote, OpenScape, Sevenrooms, OpenTable, The Fork, SK Chase, Stripe, InDesign, 3rd party voucher management software)
