Retail Support Assistant

Are you an analytical thinker with great attention to detail and creative flair?

We are looking for a Retail Support Assistant to provide support to our Retail teams, and assist with reporting, analysis and administrative tasks where needed.

With your keen eye for detail, you’ll always deliver the very highest standard of service. Analytically able, you will develop, prepare and analyse statistical data and reports, identifying opportunities to streamline reporting within Retail.

Strong communication and presentation skills are vital, as you will be liaising and communicating with a variety of departments and different levels of management across the store including directors, managers and third parties. You’ll also have the confidence to follow up with prompts when necessary.

You will communicate relevant information clearly and accurately and ensure the maintenance of reporting systems. You will need to be a flexible worker, accustomed to adapting to fast-changing priorities through the day.

To be successful, you must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
