We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be part of a cohort of Business Analysts defining and maintaining business processes and functions to be supported by a range of Harrods applications

About The Role

The Senior Business Analyst will report into the Business Relationship Manager. You will be part of a team who drive key engagement for a specific Business Domain within Harrods, ensuring the projects IT delivers for that Domain are steered and consistently delivered by a cohort with deep experience and knowledge of the business areas within it.

You will be an expert in the domain to which you are part of, bringing and building upon business and process experience that you can leverage to maintain deep and effective relationships with your stakeholders.

You will also;

  • Take the lead in identifying a range of potential solutions that meet the required business outcomes which may involve facilitating an RFP process to evaluate potential supplier options
  • Responsible for the understanding of data and its ongoing management within the retail and corporate environment, and specifically of the underlying data structures that support the Domain within which you are working
  • Deliver clear and thorough Impact Assessments that accurately capture the project and expected effort to achieve it
  • Flag risks and issues early, think through options and follow through to resolution or escalate while providing recommendations where applicable
  • Monitor and assist with the adoption of standards across the solution delivery and implementation lifecycle

About You

We are looking for someone who has Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be confident communicator who has the Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities

You will need to have;

  • Strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods values.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management and proven experience in influencing at all levels of an organisation from Senior Leadership downwards.
  • Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties
  • Good PC literacy (word, excel and preferably SAP)
