Stock Assistant

The Stockroom Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the smooth product flow throughout the studio photography process. The role is a key point of liaison for all studio teams, in particular Production, and works closely with the Knightsbridge and DC based stock and distribution teams, coordinating the deliveries of products across the business.

About you

Success in this role will be achieved by ensuring communication across the team and process guidelines are met. Key responsibilities and requirement will include:

• Key stakeholder and contact point for relationship with external courier company.
• Receipting incoming deliveries, and returning outgoing deliveries
• Carry out damage checks on receipt of all goods and recording any findings.
• Picking and packing outbound deliveries.
• Accurately track product movement across both stock management and studio management software.
• Work with a diverse range of stock including samples, concessions and fast-turnaround items.
• Communicate with the studio floor, production and exterior stock teams to ensure the most efficient turnaround of stock within the studio process.
• Work to highlight and resolve any systematic stock queries in a timely fashion.
