Our Knightsbridge store is home to a expertly curated collection of products. Every piece you see, touch or try has come to fruition through our Buying & Merchandising teams. This calls for organisation, innovation, market knowledge, excellent relationship building skills and most importantly an innate understanding of our customer and their customer journey.

If you are keen to launch your career in Buying, we are actively recruiting for a range of  Buyers Clerks across our Fashion division. The Buyers Clerk is an entry level position into the business - if you have a "passion for fashion" and strong admin skills, we'd love to hear from you.

About our Non-Fashion Roles

Our fashion division includes our Womenswear, Menswear and Childrenswear buying functions, across Designer, Contemporary and Superbrands categories. As a Buyers Clerk within your respective division, you will be responsible for managing critical paths, raising POs and providing general admin support to your team.

As part of one of the most exciting and fast-moving buying departments in the world, you will be responsible for:

• Creating all Purchase Orders for the department with the Senior Buyer’s Clerk
• Ensuring all PO’s are confirmed and on the system ahead of the new season
• Assisting the Buyer with completing the Buyer’s Sheet
• Inputting data required for the order
• Requesting order confirmations from the brands

About you

As a pivotal cog in the Buying team, you will be flexible and ready for change, able to adapt to changing priorities.  Attention to detail is a must which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels.

The ideal candidate will have awareness of the luxury fashion sector as well as possessing:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: specifically Excel and Word
• A passion for pursuing a career in Buying
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
• Strong admin experience
• SAP knowledge (preferred)
