Our Corporate Services team provide an excellent service to Harrods clientele by providing carefully selected gifts from the store for all occasions. Whether it’s a celebration, making an impression or sending a good will gesture, this team work with our corporate clients to provide a luxury solution to corporate gifting.

 

We’re searching for an Accounts Assistant to provide administrative support to the team over the upcoming peak period, ensuring daily operations are fulfilled and the office runs smoothly.

 

About You
You will have excellent communication skills and flair for customer service. Your attention to detail will be of a high standard and previous experience in administrative roles and/or date entry would be advantageous.  

 

This opportunity requires daily contact with external customers and the shopfloor alike, therefore you’ll be able to build and maintain effective relationships and work effectively with stakeholders of all levels. An interest in fashion/luxury retail would also be of benefit, but not essential.  

 

What to Expect
On a daily basis, you’ll support the team by managing client sales enquiries and respond to customer enquires over telephone and email. You’ll assist in creating bespoke product proposals according to client specifications and oversee customer orders from beginning to end.

 

You’ll liaise with the shopfloor each day and establish key contacts across the business to assist in the smooth execution of corporate orders. Futher to this, you will update and maintain the team’s data base and work with the team to ensure a smooth flow of administrative operation and orer processing.
