Online Picking and Returns Manager

The Online Picking and Returns Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely pick of all online orders generated from Harrods warehouse in Thatcham. In addition to this, they are responsible for the Re-pack function on our automated packing equipment. This individual must ensure that customer orders are presented to the packing teams in accordance with our SLA’s and quality measures to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

The Online Picking and Returns Manager is also responsible for the Returns operation, ensuring that customer refunds are processed in a timely manner and in line with our SLA’s. In addition, this role manages the Online Admin/Query team who resolve any order exceptions/investigations and conducts detailed reporting for the department.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that team spirit motivation is encouraged and supported at all times. You’ll have a great knowledge about Health & Safety procedures and a strong customer focus. You’ll have great communication skills to develop strong relationships with management colleagues in other areas of Distribution and stakeholders. You’ll have a passion for distribution and the drive to provide the level of Harrods.
