We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Assistant to join our Performance Marketing team. This role plays a vital part in the success of Harrods’ marketing initiatives and offers an opportunity to work within a prestigious and dynamic organisation.

About the Role

The Paid Media Assistant is integral in supporting the execution of effective paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive online visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation. By assisting in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of paid media strategies, the Paid Media Assistant contributes to enhancing Harrods’ brand presence in the digital landscape and ensures that our advertising efforts align with business objectives.

You will be supporting the Paid Media and Digital Marketing team, and will be working holistically across many areas of the business. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather campaign information with the aim of clearly communicating and sharing information campaign detail with relevant internal teams and external agencies.

You will coordinate campaign checks (QA checking) post launch and communicate campaign status to senior management. You will be accountable for reporting and analysing campaign performance across specified metrics, and assist with budget and invoice management. You will be able to help identify marketing trends and opportunities for innovation. Above all, you will be supporting  the Paid Media and Digital Marketing team with administrative tasks.

About You

You will have a passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with the latest industry trends. You will be enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated with strong attention to detail. You will have a collaborative approach and an ability to interact with cross-functional teams. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience across Microsoft Office suite.
