Partnerships Operations Assistant

About You

You will be super organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You will have experience in a fast paced environment and have proven examples of managing a busy day, able to prioritise where you need to.

What to Expect

• In order to be successful in this role, you will gain a strong understanding of all media specifications and selling sites across the Harrods Media portfolio.
• On a day to day basis, you will copy, chase, and manage deadlines across all in-store media sites, including but not exclusive to digital networks, posters, lift wraps and window vinyls ensuring artwork receives internal and external approval prior to the go live date.
• Ensure shared folders are kept up to date once artwork is received, working closely with the Digital Team on creating finished files with correct location tags.
• Copy chase and manage deadlines for advertising material across all publications with clients and manage approval process with internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with Production teams on the status of artwork prior to each deadline.
• Regularly monitor bookings, ensuring deadlines and specs are shared with external clients in a timely manner.
• Assist clients with specification or media portal queries in a timely and professional manner at all times.
• Gain a good understanding of the Sedna digital scheduling system, learning how to update playlists when required.
• Provide support to the Partnerships Operations & Projects Manager, assisting with any ad-hoc requests as required.
