As the Harrods Pensions Project Manager, you will be an experienced and skilled professional on Defined Benefit pension schemes and will be responsible for managing the company’s interests in the legacy Harrods scheme.

About the Role

As the Pensions Project Manager you will monitor all ongoing activity within the legacy DB scheme, which has just completed a Buy-In transaction with an insurance provider. This role will work closely with the scheme administrators to ensure delivery against their project plans, and support with finding solutions to increase the pace of delivery where possible. 

Further to this, the Pensions Project Manager will be responsible for running a Quarterly Committee within Harrods including attendance from the Managing Director and other C-Suite Directors as required, to provide regular updates and assurance on DB scheme projects. This role will build strong relationship with the Trustee, working as a trusted partner to deliver the project plan and to provide additional support and assurance when required.

About you

You will have proven  experience managing successful projects relating to pension schemes. You will have strong and working knowledge of pension scheme administration and data cleansing, as well as a strong understanding of buy-in experience.

You will have the ability to drive projects to successful completion, being pragmatic and solution focused. Further to this, you will have strong experience of working with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite, Directors and Board, as well as experience running formal committee meetings at board level. Finally, you will be able to build positive working relationships and influence outcomes laterally and across boundaries, with a proactive attitude and drive.
