As the vital support for the new Chief Financial Officer at Harrods , you’ll be shifting priorities with calm efficiency, managing a busy diary and building a network of strong relationships across the company to make things happen.

About you

You’ll have previous Personal Assistant experience working with senior executives. You will always maintain discretion, and confidentiality. Your skillset is more important to us than the industry you have worked in. You will be:

  • Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritising abilities to meet deadlines.

  • A diplomatic and confidence inspiring manner

  • Engaging and incisive communication skills

  • Flexibility to manage change and provide a seamless support

  • Attention to detail

  • Stakeholder management

  • Excellent working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
