Product Catalogue Data Admin

The Product Catalogue Administrator has a deep understanding of our Harrods data and is a go-to person for our functional teams, working with the business dealing with any day-to-day product catalogue data administration queries. This includes investigating any data related issues and making sure that we are following best data practices in line with the correct business processes and enforcing this when necessary.

You will be responsible for maintaining the technical elements of the product catalogue, which includes both on-boarding and maintenance. You will work actively with our business teams, both commercial and technical, to ensure best in class data quality accuracy and service.

About Us

The IT Department at Harrods provide support for all electronic communications systems within our luxury store in Knightsbridge, the Hammersmith Head Office and all other subsidiaries of the Harrods Group through both internal and external support teams.

About You

You will have prior experience within a similar role and experience with SAP or equivalent. Good Microsoft Office literacy is key, including Word, PowerPoint, intermediate Excel (xlookups and pivots. We require excellent attention to detail, resilience, and flexibility. You must be comfortable with complexity and ambiguity. You will be results-driven and delivery focused. You must be a collaborative person and an effective relationship builder, across both different functions and levels of the organisation.
