Restaurant Manager – Coffee Bar

We are looking for an inspirational Restaurant Manager to join our Harrods Coffee Bar in our iconic food halls in our Knightsbridge store.

With your great commercial awareness, you’ll deliver sales and high-quality service, ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant on a daily basis.

You’ll be confident, friendly and personable, with the management skills to inspire a large team to deliver exceptional service. Leading by example, you will remain level-headed and positive under pressure and regularly provide detailed direction and feedback.

An expert communicator, you will build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders across the business, including Operations Managers, HR and the Food Safety Office.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant.
