We are looking for a SAP Application Service Support Lead  to join our team at Harrods. The role will be SAP Application Service Support Lead.

This role will involve support of On-call rotation and occasional weekend/overnight work

About The Role

As the SAP Application Service Support Lead you will lead the support team and work with the SAP Applications functional team to ensure that resolutions are available, and where required will work with the developers to deliver the solution, always adhering to industry best practice whilst working to a common application strategy to ensure SAP functions run efficiently and effectively

You will also;

  • Assist in the planning and management of service initiatives
  • Deliver service/solutions on time, on budget to agreed quality criteria, to gain customer satisfaction
  • Establish direction for the team based on divisional strategy. Translate into practical goals and objectives for each member of the team.
  • Actively develop internal talent and support the succession plan across the SAP function

About You

You must have Experience of configuring and supporting a major functional area such as Logistics, Finance, etc. (preferably related to SAP IS-Retail)

You will need to have;

  • Excellent problem solving skills required, ability to deep dive into different modules of SAP to identify root cause on defects.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in cross modular functions, SAP modules: SD, MM, WM, EWN, CAR, FICO
  • Experience in cross modular functions, SAP modules: SD, MM, WM, EWN, CAR, FICO
