We are looking for a Workday Security and Data Consultant to join our team in HR. You will play a critical role in the HR team in both safeguarding our Workday system, and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our HR data.

About The Role

As the Workday Security and Data Consultant you will join a growing Workday team reporting into the HR Systems Manager, and take responsibility over the Data protection and management within the system. You will play a key role in optimising the current security design by designing, configuring and maintaining security frameworks, whilst championing data integrity through data audits, managing data cleansing activities and implementing new data processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to make an impact to the success and further development of Workday.

You will;

· Configure security policies, role-based permissions, user groups, and segregation of duties (SOD) rules to ensure proper access control and compliance

· Develop and implement Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and processes to maintain accurate and consistent master data within Workday, using deep knowledge of Workday business processes and the master data components and structures in Workday

· Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to provide insights into master data quality, data usage patterns, and data management performance

· Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand and adhere to security and MDM guidelines

About You

You must have extensive experience as a Workday Security Consultant, with a deep understanding of Workday security configuration and compliance frameworks. You will also have a strong knowledge and interest in data integrity processes and procedures.

You will need to have;

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

· Previous experience conducting security audits, risk assessments, and incident management

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Previous experience in implementing data management strategies, data governance and data quality frameworks
