About you

You will have direct experience of delivering luxury hospitality, perhaps with a prestigious hotel or airline, or working for a private family or members’ club. You bring charm and confidence when engaging with high profile and high net worth clients, and deliver meticulous customer service with efficiency, flexibility and absolute discretion. You’re a creative thinker with no shortage of initiative and ideas, and you have a keen eye for those fine details that can transform the excellent into the exquisite.
