Concessions Talent Partner

Concessions within Harrods provide a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver diverse quality products and services to our clients while maintaining the best customer service.

About the role

As a Concessions Talent Partner you will manage the complete Concession Partnerships assessment and on-boarding process for all Concession and Agency staff, assessing and selecting the best Concession talent for Harrods.

As part of the concessions team, you will provide accurate and consistent information to all personnel involved in the Concession Partnerships process, both stakeholders and colleagues, as well as regularly reviewing the candidate experience, identifying new opportunities and implementing changes to continuously improve the concession candidate journey.

About you

We are looking for someone who has strong organisational and administrative skills, and ideally some recruitment experience. You will have strong communication skills, as you will be in close contact with stakeholders to ensure you understand brand/department needs, as well as building strong relationships with Own Bought, Concession management and agencies, in order to deliver a seamless and efficient process.

Due to the fast paced nature of the role, you will need to have strong time management and priority management skills. You will also be accountable for understanding future concession/agency activity within your areas, to analyse the impact on Concession Partnerships and the recruitment.
